Weather & Conditions Impact

Facility or department hours may change due to EXTREME weather or external conditions that affect course playability or access. This includes, but not limited to: Excessive rain/flooding, snow cover, dangerous storms, downtown events or utility issues. playDCgolf operations follow OPM. Gov’s operating status.

This facility status page is only updated when weather or course conditions affect regular hours. In winter months, call the facility to confirm course conditions are playable with potential impact of inclement weather.

East Potomac Golf Links 

During DC events Hains Point is NOT closed as Media & Event Organizers often report. One lane of Ohio Drive along the Washington Channel will be open to two-way traffic for golf facility visitors AT ALL TIMES! Best entrance to Hains Point is on 395 North & South Exit 2.
