Red Course

It’s time to work on your short game! East Potomac’s Red Course is nine holes of Par 3’s. Holes range from 100-200 yards each and provide golfers of any skill level with a good challenge.

The Red Course is also known as the “Beginner Course” and is a favorite for the experienced golfer to practice pitch and chip shots.

White Course

The White Course is a nine hole, par 34, executive course. An open layout and short par 4’s make this course perfect for intermediate golfers who are not quite ready for the Blue Course. Experienced players can work on their iron play while taking in views of the Washington Monument and Jefferson Memorial. The White Course is also “The Family Course” which houses blue and gold tee markers to give everyone, young or old a choice for closer greens.

The White Course also doubles as the new 18-Hole FootGolf Course. Marked with Orange tee Markers and Flags. FootGolfers share the course with regular golfers through out the season.

Blue Course

East Potomac’s Blue Course not only provides golfers with a challenging but fair golf course, but also provides some of Washington’s greatest landmarks in the background. Most noticeable is the Washington Monument, visible from any location on the course. Other landmarks include Ronald Reagan National Airport, Fort McNair, the Naval War College, and the Jefferson Memorial.

The course is a Walter Travis design from the early 1920’s. Often described as a Links style course, your most difficult round at East Potomac.

East Potomac offers a two-story, 100-stall driving range, with 50 covered and heated stalls, perfect for practicing in any weather condition.

Every stall at East Potomac is powered by Toptracer Range technology with touch screen monitors. In order to get the most out of your experience and improve your game with Toptracer Range, all users should download the Toptracer Range App. 

No Reservations required, first-come first-serve. Self-service range ball machines accept credit cards and our playDCgolf Range Card. Basket prices are the same for all forms of payment. And we offer three basket sizes (small, medium, large).

PRACTICE HOLES
Ever want to play a certain hole over and over and practice your shots from different angles with no pressure from the group behind?

East Potomac has three (3) practice holes that are the perfect way to hone your short game and lower your score. Ranging in distance from 100 yards to 135 yards, each hole has its own tee box and green, allowing you to work on every aspect of your game just like the pros.

• Practice Hole #1: 140 yards (with bunker)
• Practice Hole #2: 115 yards (with bunker)
• Practice Hole #3: 80 yards

Reserving: Practice Holes may be reserved hourly on a first come first serve basis — once you’re onsite.

Practice Fee is for 1 hour, up to 3 people, a shag bag with range balls included.

PUTTING GREENS
We have over 18,000 square feet of FREE putting green space available to the public.

The Potomac Grille at the East Potomac Clubhouse is open year round, but hours may differ depending on the season. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the Potomac Grille is the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat or a refreshing drink.

Breakfast is offered from open until 11 AM, serving up customizable breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Hot coffee is also available.

Lunch starts at 11 AM. We offer many classic entrees including burgers (veggie burger option is available), sandwiches, hot dogs, half smokes, chicken tenders, and chicken wings. Side items include fries, sweet potato fries, and various chips. There are many grab & go snack options available at the counter as well.

Keep an eye out for seasonal items and specials throughout the year!

Non-Alcoholic drink options include coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, water, soda, and sports drinks. We also offer draft, cans, and pitchers of a wide variety of domestic, craft, and imported beers. For non-beer fans, we have a large selection of seltzers and mini liquor bottles.

When the weather is nice, expect to see the NEW Food Trailer open near the Cart Return across from the Starter Stand. We will be serving up quick, tasty favorites perfect for any visit to the Links.

East Potomac’s Pro Shop is fully stocked for all of your golfing needs.

​ We carry merchandise from Titleist, Foot-Joy, Callaway, Adidas, Taylor Made, Wilson, Ping and more. Our prices are always competitive. And we offer retail promotions on a regular basis.

We also carry a wide range of distinctive course-logo’d golf accessories and apparel including shirts, hats, balls and more.

WHO

If you can kick a ball you can play FootGolf! Anyone can learn to play in a manner of minutes and jump into the game with no previous skills or knowledge. FootGolf is the perfect way to introduce non-golfers to the golf course.

Minimum player age is 5 years old. Golfers 5-11 years must be accompanied by an adult. Group size can be from 1 to 4 players.

WHAT

FootGolf is a hybrid between Golf and Soccer. Up to four players try kicking their own regulation size soccer ball into a 21″ cup in as few shots as possible. Many of the same rules and etiquette are similar to golf.

WHEN

FootGolf is open for play at East Potomac, anytime Monday through Thursday and after 2 PM Friday through Sunday and Holidays.

WHERE

Currently, the only FootGolf course in DC is at East Potmac Golf Course. On the White Course. The 18-hole course is spread out within the traditional 9-hole White course. Each FootGolf hole consists of a tee box marked in orange and a 21″ hole marked with an orange flag.
